Everything we work on is a retained assignment, and they are hugely varied for instance full scale pipelining activity across different job levels, industry sectors and geographies or a very controlled confidential approach toward a high-level role.

Our services are there to help internal recruitment and HR teams in a flexible and cost-effective manner and we are able to do this because we have some of the most experienced researchers in the industry.

What we are looking for is an experienced sales person, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and get the word out there about Talent Acumen and what we do, why we are different and how we help internal teams.

Ideally you will have a good track record of selling into HR/Internal Recruitment Teams or you may be a successful recruitment consultant looking for a bit of change from 8am-8pm days and phone-time KPI’s and just want to get on and sell unencumbered.

This is a sales role, not a 360-recruitment post, so you do the selling and the delivery is passed to our experienced group of researchers, this means you can focus on billing and developing your client relationships whilst giving Talent Acumen exposure.

Crucially we will offer you a very attractive bonus and compensation package (DOE), and unlike many businesses in our sector, we are all for flexible working. We have an office in Horsforth, Leeds which you are welcome to come and work out of with some of the other members of the team, and although we would like to see your face as often as possible, we are about results, and the only KPI you will get measured on here is the £ on the board. So, if you need to do the school run, be at home for a delivery, we get it and let you get on with it.

We don’t gong bells for every placement or sale, but we do have a great culture that will be a superb fit if you are looking for something different to the corporate look.

Delivery Consultant

Location: Otley, Leeds / potential flexibility of home working 1-2 days per week.

A recruitment and research role, which will involve working across our full range of talent research projects (talent search, pipelining, and insight) from brief to completion. We’re looking for a results-driven individual, who is not afraid to pick up the phone.

Ideally, you’ll have around 1-3 years’ experience in a research, executive search or recruitment firm, which will have given you strong communication skills and an understanding of research and recruitment techniques.
