Remote or hybrid working.

A recruitment and research role, which will involve working across our full range of talent research projects (talent search, pipelining, and insight) from brief to completion. We’re looking for a results-driven individual, who is not afraid to pick up the phone.

Ideally, you’ll have around 1-3 years’ experience in a research, executive search or recruitment firm, which will have given you strong communication skills and an understanding of research and recruitment techniques.

For example, you may find yourself working on a £250k board level position for a large retailer and at the same time conducting a talent audit for a utilities business.
