How do you cost your service?

Unlike contingency recruiters or head-hunters we don’t place an arbitrary percentage fee on a candidate’s salary and/or wider remuneration – we adopt a day-rate fee structure whereby you only pay for the work we do and the time it takes for us to undertake a project.

What kind of clients do we work with?

We typically work with FTSE and blue-chip organisations from diverse industry sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, engineering, retail, FMCG and financial services. We are able to adopt our process within any functional area.

Are you UK focused?

Our relationships are typically with UK-based internal recruitment teams, however the global dynamics of our clients dictate that we provide talent services on a global basis. In addition to the EU, we have particular expertise in APAC, North America and the Middle East.

What levels do you recruit at?

We can tailor our service to any job level but we are naturally most cost effective at middle-management level upwards. We are handling an increasing number of six-figure roles, given the significant cost reduction and added value insight.

What services do you provide outside of recruitment?

As clients become more proactive in their talent acquisition strategies, there is a genuine need for talent pipelining and competitor insight including organisational design, reward benchmarking and perception audits. Talent Acumen has years of expertise in acquiring real-time insight to provide their clients with competitive advantage.
